Camera parts and accessories warranty will depend on the manufacturer’s policy.
Provided directly by the manufacturer or brand. Customers must contact the authorized service center of the brand for warranty claims. Camera Bazar is not responsible for the brand’s after-sales service process.
Provided directly by the seller. Terms may differ from seller to seller, and customers should verify details with the seller through the relevant communication channel.
Provided by international brands or sellers. Service centers may be outside Bangladesh and customers may need to ship products internationally depending on brand policy.
There is no warranty coverage for physical damage, missing components, burn, oxidation, water damage, misuse, incorrect line voltage, software issues, or unauthorized repair or tampering.
Lamps and glass are not covered under warranty.
The product must include original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws. If returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back.
If a customer purchases products from our physical shops, the products should be checked in front of our salesman. Later issues may not qualify for replacement, though service warranty may apply.
For online orders, if any issue is discovered after receiving the product, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via camerabazar2010@gmail.com or Mobile/WhatsApp: +8801917-256756.
The customer must send the product to us. After diagnosis, the issue may be rectified or the product may be replaced and sent back.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the customer may visit any of our shops where specialists will inspect the product and take the necessary steps if replacement is required.
If a customer chooses to change a defective product through our delivery service, the customer must pay the delivery charge.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at delivery, the return request must be raised on the date of delivery through the Camera Bazar website or by phone call.
For camera and electronic appliance related issues after use or after the return policy period, customers should verify whether the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.
If eligible, the refund will generally be disbursed within 1 to 7 days through the original or supported payment channel.
Refunds may be sent to a valid bank account or mobile financial services account such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The provided account details must be correct and active.
Customers may adjust the refundable amount against another product where applicable.
