1. 7 Days replacement guarantee & 5 years free service warranty without parts only for Camera.
2. Camera Parts & accessories warranty will depends on the policy of the manufacturer.

Types of Warranties:

1. Brand Warranty: Brand warranty are warranties provided by the brand/manufacturer of the product. CAMERA BAZAR does not take any responsibility for after-sales services provided by the brand/manufacturer. Customers will need to approach the brand directly through their authorized service centers to submit the products for repair/replacement under the warranty conditions.

2. Seller Warranty: Seller warranty are warranties provided directly by the seller who has sold the product to you. Please note that the terms and conditions of this warranty may differ from seller to seller. Customers may check directly with the seller via the chat function on the product page.

3. International Manufacturer/Seller Warranty: This warranty is directly offered by international manufacturers/sellers of the product. The geographical location of the service center may vary based on brand’s regional presence and may require the customer to ship the product out of country to be repaired/replaced. Customers have to follow the warranty process as mentioned on the warranty card or on the brand’s official website.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

1. There is no warranty coverage during the warranty period for any physical damage, component missing, burn, oxidation, water or misuse, incorrect line voltage, software problem, any sort of tempering by unauthorized use/ repair. Lamps & Glass are not covered under this warranty.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
4. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Return Policy:

1. If a customer is buying the products from our shops, then please make sure to check the products in front of our salesman. Later, if any problems occurs than the customer will not be considered to any changes but will be given service warranty.
2. In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any problems are noticed or discovered than customer has to inform us within 24 hours from the time of delivery via [email protected] or Mobile/WhatApp: +8801917-256756. Product has to be sent to us by customer and upon diagnosis it will be rectified or replaced and sent back.
3. If a customer received a manufacturing defected product then the customer has to visit any of our shops where our specialists will review the product first and then take the necessary steps to change the product if it is in need of replacement.
4. If a customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then the customer have to pay the delivery charge.
5. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on CAMERA BAZAR website or over phone call. Return request must be raised on the date of delivery.
6. For Camera & electronic appliances related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.

To return an item must fulfill the following criteria

1. If the product is physically damaged, broken of defective.
2. If the product not as advertised.
3. If the product does not match with product description and picture
4. If missing any item or accessories from the box.
5. If the Product size & color missing or date expired.
6. If the customer change their mind then warranty will void.
