আমি শামীম। গত ২১-০১-২৫ তারিখে ক্যামেরা বাজার, বসুন্ধরা সিটি শপিং মল থেকে একটি Rode Wireless Me মাইক্রোফোন ক্রয় করি। কেনার কয়েকদিন পরেই মাইক্রোফোনটি চার্জ নিতে সমস্যা করে। বিষয়টি আমি ক্যামেরা বাজারের বিক্রয় কর্মীদের ফোনে জানাই। তারা আমাকে পণ্যটি নিয়ে আসতে বলেন। পরবর্তীতে চ্যাটেও যোগাযোগ করি, তবে তাৎক্ষণিক সমাধান পাওয়া যায়নি।
এরপর আমি সরাসরি Rode কোম্পানির কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে বিষয়টি জানাই। অবশেষে ক্যামেরা বাজার বিষয়টি গুরুত্ব সহকারে দেখেন এবং আমাকে নতুন মাইক্রোফোন দিয়ে পরিবর্তন করে দেন।
👉 এজন্য আমি ক্যামেরা বাজারের সকল বিক্রয় কর্মীকে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাই। তাদের সহযোগিতা সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়।

I, Tanvir Hasan, purchased a Rode Wireless ME microphone from Camera Bazar on 07 October 2024
After using it for a few days, the transmitter developed a power issue. I reported the matter to Rode, and they advised me to seek a replacement from the store where I had purchased it.
I immediately informed Camera Bazar, and today they promptly replaced the microphone for me. For this excellent support and service, I sincerely thank Camera Bazar.
